PROJECT: WATER FEATURE AT PNB118
A static tower with an additional tower as an outrigger was used due to the height (24m) and the small opening (2m). The scaffold was used as a working platform. It is a medium-duty tubular scaffold. A 5-ton lorry with a 20ft bed was used for transportation, requiring five trips. The standard distance between uprights is 1.8 meters, and the lift distance is 2.1 meters. The design and drawing were provided by Silara Akses, with endorsement and calculations by a Professional Engineer (PE). A total of 9 pax of scaffolders carried out the erection over 6 days and dismantling over 3 days. Both tasks were performed by Basic and Intermediate scaffolders, monitored by a highly experienced supervisor. After installation, the scaffold was inspected by an advanced inspector. The project was successfully completed without any technical issues. All materials were provided by Silara Akses.
