PROJECT: PRSB PETRONAS RESEARCH, BANGI Heavy Duty Gantry Scaffold
This project requires a heavy duty gantry to lift up to 10 tonnes loading for installation of crucial equipments. For this project, standard distances between the towers were 0.9m and lift height was 1m. Drawings and Professional Engineer endorsed calculation were provided to the client as part of design submission. Erection and dismantling were done by 6 competent scaffolders in 4 days and 2 days, respectively, and are managed by level 1 and level 2 certified scaffolders. Standby scaffolders were assigned to assist any modification required. The finished structure was inspected by a competent Scaffold Inspector. All work was completed without any technical issues.
