The Silara Akses Special Scaffold System (SA3S) is an advanced modular frame that uses high-strength aluminum alloy for optimal structural and functional performance. Combined with standard components, these frames can be assembled into versatile spaceframe structures for various uses—including access scaffolding platforms, roof trusses, and complete shelter or building structures.
For Access and Scaffolding problems the system provides solutions especially in areas where access at height would consume large volumes of materials, complex setups and extensive amount of labour. Using its lightweight truss system, platforms can be suspended or elevated on scaffolding towers. SA3S is specifically designed to minimize ground-based access, freeing up space below the platform for other contractors or public use.
Due to its lightweight aluminum alloy construction—three times lighter than conventional steel—the assembled structures can be moved using a specially designed trolley & track system, a feature not possible with traditional steel scaffolding. This mobility enables the system to be erected using a fraction of the materials needed for conventional static scaffolding, significantly reducing both material requirements and manpower needs for projects.
