HOLIDAY VILLA MODULAR ACCESS TOWER FOR REFURBISHMENT WORK
Overview:
This project involves the refurbishment of the Holiday Villa hotel building, which reaches a height of 63 meters, with IJM as the main contractor. The makeover includes extensive interior remodelling, such as hacking walls and ceilings. Silara Akses is engaged to provide scaffolding solutions to support rubbish chutes, ensuring smooth and safe execution of the renovation activities.
Scope of Work:
1. Design and Drawing: Development of scafflding structures for rubbish chute.
2. Structural Calculations: Ensuring scaffolding safety and load-bearing capacity for debris disposal.
3. Material Supply and Rental: Providing scaffolding materials tailored for demolition and refurbishment activities.
4. Manpower and Erection: Assembling and maintaining scaffolding systems to support efficient debris management.
