Overview:
The PRSB Bangi Maintenance Tubular in Oil & Gas project involves the use of tubular scaffolding to create a gantry system for lifting various materials weighing between 1 ton to 10 tons. The scaffolding structure is designed to accommodate multiple configurations, each tailored to handle specific material weights. With limited space available for erection, the project requires precise design and planning to ensure safety and functionality in the tight working environment.
Scope of Work:
1. Design and Drawing: Developing multiple scaffolding designs to cater to varying material weights, ensuring stability and safety for each configuration.
2. Calculation: Performing detailed structural calculations for each design to ensure the scaffolding can safely support the specified loads under the given conditions.
3. Material Supply and Rental: Providing tubular scaffolding materials on a rental basis to meet the project’s needs.
4. Manpower Erection and Dismantling: Supplying skilled labor to safely erect and dismantle the scaffolding within the confined space, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational requirements.
