BERANANG TUBULAR ACCESS PLATFORM FOR MAINTENANCE
Overview:
The Beranang Access Tubular in Maintenance project involves the installation of a tubular scaffolding system to provide a working platform for maintenance work at the plant, including painting and blasting across the entire area. The scaffolding system will allow workers to access elevated areas safely and effectively. All materials required for both erection and dismantling will be manually handled by the scaffolders, from ground level to top level, ensuring careful management of materials throughout the process.
Scope of Work:
1. Design and Drawing: Custom design of tubular scaffolding to create a safe working platform for maintenance tasks, including painting and blasting.
2. Calculation: Structural calculations to ensure the scaffolding system is capable of supporting workers and equipment safely during maintenance operations.
3. Material Supply and Rental: Supplying tubular scaffolding materials on a rental basis to meet project needs.
4. Manpower Erection and Dismantling: Scaffolders will manually handle all materials for both erection and dismantling, ensuring careful and controlled movement of materials from ground level to top level.
5. Manual Handling: All materials will be manually lifted and placed, requiring skilled labor for both the assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding system.
