THE MINES MODULAR LOADING PLATFORM FOR MAINTENANCE
Overview:
The Mines Modular loading platform project involves the use of modular scaffolding to assist in the placement of heavy machinery at a height of 42 meters. The lifting of the equipment is performed by an external crane, and once the machinery is placed on top of the scaffolding, it is then pushed into the building. The modular scaffolding serves as a stable platform to support the machinery temporarily during this process. This project is outdoor and requires a robust and secure scaffolding system capable of handling the placement of heavy materials without bearing the lifting load.
Scope of Work:
1. Design and Drawing: Custom design of a modular shoring scaffolding system to securely hold heavy machinery temporarily for placement into the building.
2. Calculation: Structural calculations to ensure the scaffolding can safely support the weight of the machinery once lifted by the crane, ensuring stability throughout the process.
3. Material Supply and Rental: Providing modular scaffolding materials on a rental basis to meet project requirements.
4. Manpower Erection and Dismantling: Providing skilled labor for the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of the scaƯolding system during the machinery placement process.
