WANGSA WALK TUBULAR ACCESS PLATFORM FOR MAINTENANCE
Overview:
The Wangsa Walk Access Tubular in Maintenance project involves the installation of a tubular scaffolding system for maintenance work inside Wangsa Walk Mall. The scaffolding is designed to provide a working platform at a height of 20 meters from ground level to change the roof decoration. The area under the concrete beams is completely void. Silara’s team of experts in design and calculation has developed an innovative solution to use the existing concrete beams for support, ensuring safe and stable access to the high-level work area.
Scope of Work:
1. Design and Drawing: Custom design of tubular scaffolding to provide a stable and secure working platform at 30 meters, utilizing the existing concrete beams for support.
2. Calculation: Structural calculations to ensure the scaffolding system is safe and capable of supporting workers and equipment at the required height.
3. Material Supply and Rental: Supplying tubular scaffolding materials on a rental basis for the project.
4. Manpower Erection and Dismantling: Providing skilled labor to assemble, move, and dismantle the scaffolding system while ensuring no disruption to the mall’s daily operations or visitor movement.
5. Nighttime Work: Coordinating all activities to ensure the erection of scaffolding is completed within night shifts, ensuring no disruption to mall operations during the day.
